4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided by you and may be subject to change following an on-site assessment.

4.2 Pricing
All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but any agreed pricing for booked services will be honoured.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you accept our quotation and we have received any required deposit. We will provide written confirmation of your booking via email.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or service agreement. Generally:

5.3 Payment Methods

5.4 Late Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest)
Act 1998. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:

Less than 24 hours' notice: Full payment may be required

6.2 Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, staff illness, or emergencies. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and arrange an alternative date. In such cases, you will not be
charged any cancellation fees.
7. Access to Property and Client Responsibilities
7.1 Access
You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If access is delayed or denied, additional charges may apply, and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking.

Before our team arrives, you should:

7.3 Client Property
You are responsible for ensuring that all items on the property are in working order. We are not liable for damage to items that are already broken, malfunctioning, or in poor condition. Please notify us in advance of any known issues.
8. Health and Safety
We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards. Our staff are trained to work safely and in compliance with UK health and safety regulations. You must inform us of any hazards on your property, including but not limited to asbestos, electrical faults, structural damage, or pest infestations. We reserve the right to refuse to work in conditions we deem unsafe until the hazards are addressed.
9. Liability and Insurance

Any claims for damage or loss must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve issues fairly. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
9.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
10. Quality Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange to return to address any issues at no additional cost, provided the complaint is reasonable and relates to the agreed scope of work.
